A high-stakes, high-energy live taping during Super Bowl + ESPY madness.
For the first-ever live taping of Cold As Balls, I produced a multi-layered experience at Resorts World Las Vegas during Super Bowl Weekend — with ticketed public access and a curated guest list of athletes, talent, and industry execs. With last-minute schedule changes, athlete logistics, and overlapping ESPY events, I took on talent relations directly, even securing emergency hotel rooms. I also worked alongside branded social teams and curated custom swag tubs and VIP boxes for the taping. It was chaotic, fast-paced, and absolutely electric — and the result was a packed house, happy talent, and a branded experience that felt like a full Hartbeat takeover.
